A course of five 3 hour woodturning sessions in a fully equipped woodturning workshop, with a fully certified RPT & AWGB approved Tutor
These 3 hour sessions are progressive and at a comfortable speed.
They provide a good basic understanding of woodturning.
 
Topics covered inclued:
Safety at the lathe.
Body positioning.
Sharpening.
Orientation of work piece for most visual impact of the finished piece.
Sanding and finishing. 
At the end of this course you will be able to carry out the most common cuts associated with each tool and practical knowledge to take away and turn safely.
All PPE and wood provided.
Payment for the tuition is paid either before or on the day before the tuition commences.
